Returning Your Mail Ballot

Secure Ballot Intake Stations are available in the lobby of all 4 administrative Supervisor of Elections Offices. They must be received in the Supervisor of Elections office by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day.

Secure ballot intake stations to drop-off mail ballots are not available at your Election Day polling place.

Requesting a Mail Ballot

The deadline to request a mail ballot to be sent for the 2024 General Election was Thursday, October 24th by 5:00 pm.

You may also complete a Vote-by-Mail Request Form DS-DE 160 (English | Spanish) and mail it to our office at PO Box 410819, Melbourne, FL 32941-0819, email it to MailBallotStaff@VoteBrevard.gov as a scanned attachment, or fax it to 321-637-5460.

Mail ballots can also be requested by calling 321-633-2127. To process your request, we'll need your full name, date of birth, Brevard County residential address, Florida Driver License or ID Card number or the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, and which elections you wish to receive a ballot for (specific election or all elections through 2024).
