Notice of Access to Mail Ballot Material

Pursuant to Florida Statute 101.572(2), only candidates, political party officials, political committee officials, or an authorized designee thereof shall be granted reasonable access upon request to review or inspect mail ballot materials before canvassing or tabulation.

Review of mail ballot certificate envelopes, corresponding voter signatures, and cure affidavits for the November 5, 2024 General Election is available upon request at the 4 Supervisor of Elections administrative offices. Persons wishing to view this material must complete an Attestation to View Election Material Form and email the completed form to Bookings@VoteBrevard.gov at least 24 hours prior to your requested booking time.

Please click the link below to schedule a booking time to review these materials. Access is available starting Wednesday, October 2, 2024 between Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 4:00pm in 45 minute increments. Access is limited to 1 candidate/party designee booking per day and must be booked 24 hours in advance.
